Your AI assistant picks the right tools on its own: you do not need to call them by name. This page lists what is available, so you know what you can ask for. Every tool works on a single workspace, see Workspaces. Write tools follow your Claap permissions: the assistant can only do what you can do in the app.

Tools marked Admin require the workspace Admin role when connected with OAuth. An API key is treated as an admin.

`get_deal`	Get a deal with its CRM fields and, optionally, its AI field values.
`update_deal`	Update a deal (stage, owner, amount…). The change is written to your CRM, then mirrored in Claap. HubSpot only.
`list_deal_stages`	List the CRM deal stages and their pipeline.
`list_deal_types`	List the CRM deal types.
`list_deal_owners`	List the CRM deal owners.
`get_deals_chart`	Chart deal counts over time, or by stage, status, owner, pipeline or type.

Views are saved presets of recordings, deals, companies or contacts, with filters, sorting and columns, including AI-generated columns.

AI fields

AI fields are custom prompts evaluated by AI on each recording, deal or company, with a typed output (paragraph, list, select, rating…). See AI fields.

The server also exposes ready-made prompts, available in clients that support MCP prompts:

Meeting prep	A pre-meeting brief with questions to ask, based on past calls and CRM data.
Call qualification	A structured qualification of a prospect, with the gaps still to cover.
Deal briefing	An executive briefing on a deal: status, stakeholders, signals, risks and close plan.
Follow-up email	A follow-up email recapping what was agreed and the next steps.
